Below are instructions for researchers who use the Hornsense platform to access their study's central database.
Use these instructions to log into the AWS Athena query editor to query the database. This option will also allow you to download data in CSV format.
Lab groups who upload data to the central database will use the following:
- database table description
- full data dictionary (currently in Box)
