This pull request adds a new script,
clear_sharrow_cache.py, to help manage the ActivitySim sharrow cache directories. The script scans for sharrow cache directories and either archives or deletes them, making cache management easier for developers and users.New script for cache management:
other_resources/scripts/clear_sharrow_cache.py, which scans the ActivitySim cache directory for sharrow cache folders and either moves them to a timestamped archive directory or deletes them, depending on thearchiveparameter.
