Qualification of Sugar on Ubuntu 24.04

Problem: documentation does not explain how to install Sugar on Ubuntu 24.04.

List of things to do;

• install Ubuntu 22.04 and Sugar from Ubuntu package repository using the matching instructions in docs/ubuntu.md,
• test and verify normal behaviour of Sugar, starting activities, downloading from the activity library,
• update docs/ubuntu.md with any changes to instructions required as a result of package updates made by Canonical to Ubuntu 22.04, (there may be none),
• install Ubuntu 24.04 and Sugar from Ubuntu package repository using either the same instructions or newly derived instructions.
• test and verify normal behaviour of Sugar, starting activities, downloading from the activity library,
• update docs/ubuntu.md to include Ubuntu 24.04 with a commit messaage containing test results, but without going into detail that is covered by Ubuntu documentation.

Task is open to anyone. No permission required. Pull requests that address only the last item without evidence of the previous two items are not welcome.
