Add cache busting to storybook internal generated JS files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have caching issues in our Storybook instance. After checking the output in storybook-static, I found out the following:

• JS files on root have cache busting by file name (<name>.<hash>.iframe.bundle.js)
• JS files in sb-* folders have no cache busting mechanism

Describe the solution you'd like

All files, including the ones in the sb-* folders, should are using a hash-based cache busting strategy.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Developers have to tediously configure the caching on the server to avoid issues with the cache

Are you able to assist to bring the feature to reality?

manually reseting cache after each storybook upgrade isn't the best practice
