pac pages download failing to download site all of a sudden

Describe the bug
Starting last week, Oct 30th at 8 PM MDT, our Azure Pipeline to deploy a Power Pages solution has started failing when the pipeline tries to download the site.

We haven't updated the pipeline in months so the command hasn't changed since March 2025.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run the command pac pages download --webSiteId <websiteId> --overwrite --path ./

Expected behavior
We expect the power pages site is downloaded successfully to the root directory of the repo
