DBCustomSelect: no-validation not working

Reproduction case

The styling for valid input is shown despite we are setting validation='no-validation' on DBCustomSelect.

The selector seems to be wrong because it checks data-custom-validity on select element instead of .db-custom-select.

Expected Behaviour

When setting validation='no-validation' there should be no styling for valid/invalid states.

The validation prop should overwrite the :user-valid selector (see https://design-system.deutschebahn.com/core-web/version/v4.2.6/components/data-input/custom-select/properties)
